Day 5
On Day 4 I ate one large meal at midday. When I woke up this morning I wasn't hungry, so I didn't want breakfast. This surprised me. I had a black coffee though.
I have not lost any weight for three days now, which is odd. Ketones have increased today, probably due to the fast?
No bowel movements for 3 days, but don't feel constipated.
My waist size has gone up slightly along with my blood sugar level from yesterday. Very odd.

- Weight: 85.3 kg (188 pounds)
- Waist: 99 cm (39 in.)
- Body fat: 22%
- Blood sugar level: 4.8 mmol/L
- Ketones: 8.0 mmol/L (Moderate-Large)
- Feeling: Absolutely fine, lots of energy.
Breakfast
Skipped.
Lunch
I think I over-did it on lunch today. I need to be more careful with my measurements. One meal contained over 2400 calories.
- 2 beef steak and bone marrow burgers (372g or 0.82 pounds)
- 300g Flat iron steak (0.66 pounds)
- 2 large fried eggs
- 60g lamb liver
I should have only had the 1 burger on hindsight. Half way through the meal I felt full, but I kept going until I had finished all of it. At this point I felt a bit bloated and knew I had eaten too much.
During the afternoon I started to feel sleepy again and it was a real challenge to get on with my work. Even five hours later I still felt full and sleepy.
Dinner
