"Fast Forward" Fasting Challenge
in prehistoric times, we didn't have pre-packaged snacks, or Mac Fast foods, or even water taps available with fresh water. we survived lives of hundreds of years, eating much less frequently, and doing much more physical work to receive that meal. it was our hunger; our appetite that drove our instincts to forage, and whenever nature bestowed upon us the fruits of life, the pleasure centers became more active than any drug could ever bring.
2020 has been an interesting year. i can sense that our collective conscious has shifted, and those few who seek understanding from universal creators appear to have had an advantage over the many suffering from pain and fear.
A man of knowledge restrains his words, and a man of understanding maintains a calm spirit.
nature has given us a short-cut to reset any issues with our mind or body. Fasting is our way to immediately rebalance our mind, and regain command over our body. let's tap into this super power, and fast forward to the other side.

Fasting is personal to each of us. You can fast for as little as 7 or 8 hours, or go to the extreme. Ideally we refrain from food and water, but each of us mustn't go against our own will because we know that...

Go at your own pace for 3, 6, 9, or 12 days.
Take time each day to reflect on the day, documenting what you can in a paper or digital journal. At the end of your fast, your reward will be infinite energy. Fast Forward to the other side.
