There's not actually an extra penny, it's just displaying 3 cents when I sent 2 cents. The correct amount shows in my wallet but on PowPing it's off.

I suspect the change in tip amount has something to do with fluctuations of BSV/USD exchange rate, which would also explain why the amount would "fall back to normal".
