Is there a block explorer to see them ?
pete replied:
At least BSVTokens.net will have a very basic list of them (those that want to be publicly listed).@joshua mentioned in Twetch that there are already hundreds of tokens. 😉
framore replied:
why not decimals ?
pete replied:
Maybe it's another way of thinking about numbers. ;-) For example one full Bitcoin is 100000000 satoshis.
pete replied:
@framore, there's now a token explorer/directory available: https://bsvtokens.net/en/directory. It's at the moment very incomplete as I had to make some changes to the database schema -> need to get a bit more details (like the Paymail alias and domain) from token creators to have tokens listed there.
framore replied:
so are you saying that BSV tokens cannot be decimals ?
framore replied:
I made 3 tokens, and selected allow to show, but they do not appear in your list
pete replied:
Yes, BSV tokens that follow protocol SFP version 0.1 don't have decimals. But if you'd make a browser game that has Galactic tokens, and 1 full Galactic token is made of 10k SFP tokens, then a player who has just 700 SFP tokens actually has 0.07 Galactic tokens. It's about presentation. ;-)
pete replied:
@framore, can you please email me the names of those tokens so I can see where they're sailing? My email is: pete@bsvtokens.net
How many tokens have been minted via your site@pete ?
pete replied:
No statistics are by default collected, but I suspect about 10-15 different tokens in total. 🙂 Token info is stored to a database when token creator opens the "Modify" form and ticks the checkbox for "List token on BSV Tokens website". (There's no token exchange or marketplace, yet.)
pete replied:
^ I was wrong: the database has 181 tokens that have accepted to be publicly listed on the website.
Awesome work Pete!

pete replied:
Thank! 😉 A million dollar idea is to have a marketplace for those tokens.

I’ve seen a few in the works already. Tokenswap Pro and Relayx are building.
