I wonder if there's a potential "issue" with people able to directly generate revenue (we'll just call the tips that, discussions re: currency etc. notwithstanding) from things like memes. Potentially copyrighted photos or, if the meme language was not original, etc. Meaning, the creators of that "IP" could come after posters that benefited from relaying them. Here's it's meaningless right now (who would come after $0.15)... but, maybe in the future. I know this situation (getting more traction/likes/interactions based upon sharing of something by someone more popular) already exists in other social media outlets -- but, it seems like the increased transparency here (actual $ listed) might open the door for more accountability.
