The @function is now implemented. You can now address a user directly by their handle in city chat and they will be informed under their notifications.

Another big update for Cityonchain: features that can be implemented if enough support is given... in the form of BSV. 🙂 It's a similar system Twetch has, and of which Mr. Joshua Henslee (if I remember correctly) mentioned in one of his YouTube videos.
