I agree with others that getting those coins back are unlikely. However I think with this move CSW is looking to finally provide conclusive evidence in front of a court of law that he is Satoshi. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the bitcoins in the two addresses he provided still sitting in the exact same place so no one would actually be dispossed of them?

Bears do indeed have to admit that the near term regulatory risk around Tether has been significantly squashed. However, how distasteful is it that the crypto (non-BSV) space is cheering confirmation that they were deceived and lied to for multiple years? Cheering it because the deception benefits their petrock, I mean wtf. My take is that NYAG did not find any evidence that Tether was breaking any domestic laws e.g. money laundering by US citizens. But this was always a misunderstanding by co

I'm going to tell you why I think Elon Musk getting Tesla to buy $1.5bn of BTC is a a bad move for Tesla and a bad move from Crypto. First off why might it be good? Its the most massive advertisement for Tesla, Musk and Crypto ever. Other companies are now 'allowed' to buy it by pointing at Tesla. Against this must be placed the negatives. Tesla reports in US dollars, so its introduced massive volatility into its balance sheet. Its GAAP earnings are going to bounce around like crazy. The wider p

I want to start a discussion on what people think is holding back BitcoinSV. I'll get denigrating the competitors out of the way in the most balanced way I can. BTC is a petrock, but its the most emotive meme in crypto, so it appears to be a sustainable petrock that can increase in value. Because of gas prices, the only justifiable transactions on ETH have to be speculative. Fortunately for ETH, they have an incredibly sophisticated mini casino nicely set up to take advantage of that. But that

I've only recently started to get to know the BSV community, and I want to share my thoughts on the wider space and why I am so excited by BSV in particular. BTC has become the monolithic asset in blockchain - but its got there by swooning over its flaws. Its become pretty good for nothing except hodling. And because of this its devs and users have no interest in becoming useful. Kinda amazing the way this works, with the price rise now drawing in institutions, that equally have no interest in
