Based on activity levels - I'm assuming most people are still doing most social engagement / development tracking via Twitter or elsewhere. So, you've probably already seen this... but, if not... Relay put out some PR on their upcoming "RelayX for the Web— Bitcoin SV’s first token web wallet and browser." https://medium.com/@relayx/hello-relayx-for-the-web-bitcoin-svs-first-token-web-wallet-and-browser-446ca8fe0c92

I'm sorry for the loss chief. Our family has had some losses (although not COVID related) along the way, like every family. In addition to traditional faith literature (e.g., Bible), my wife really found Megan Devine's book "It's OK That You're Not OK: Meeting Grief and Loss in a Culture That Doesn't Understand" very helpful in a time when she was really struggling. In the vent anyone on this channel is... a few of her favorite excerpts: “The reality of grief is far different from what oth

After an initial flurry of listening/learning, my podcast rotation is getting a bit stale/repetitive. Any recommendations on podcasts from a big block perspective? Or, non big block, but intelligent blockchain nevertheless perspective? Aware of the standard umbounded, Isaac and crew, bitstocks... the occasional interesting pomp or McCormack interviewee, coingeek, we study billionaires, Grant Williams, macro voices, and then a bunch of wholly separate (non Bitcoin, economic centered). @framore - your sienamkt.com merchandise looks great and I love that you're trying so hard to help demonstrate BSV in the "real" economy. I can't really spend $50 on shipping for $50 of coffee and pasta to get it to the U.S. - but I just wanted to let you know that if I were in Italy I would definitely be supporting you. And... if you do live in Italy... please support this guy!

Not sure if Twitter's iamledger is on here, but can someone explain his thoughts in the last day or two? Is he just saying Roger will copy BSV’s protocol, s/w, etc. and add the features he values and that folks should go BCHN to free themselves of Calvin//Craig “baggage”... and just wait for lawsuits? Not sure if this is tongue-in-cheek or legitimate thoughts...

Interesting article on tracking changes to the current publicly accepted knowledge ledger (ahem, Wikipedia). A tweet from @cosmosstag makes an appearance in the Financial Times article - famous. Got me wondering... is there even a BSV wikipedia page? https://ftalphaville.ft.com/2020/08/20/1597909956000/Who-s-been-editing-the-Ripple-CEO-s-Wikipedia-page-/

Afternoon powping Bible Study channel. Testing Streamanity with longer videos (was seeing what upload time was like). Since the video I used was an ad-hoc family rendition of "Remembrance" back from Easter weekend (we shared a video at the time since we couldn't be with family and church friends at the time due to COVID restrictions). Just thought I'd share the link before likely taking it down later. https://streamanity.com/video/R6U7HqtGfQsE

It seems like Powping usage has fallen-off fast. Is that just because it was new... or that it's hard to maintain usage of Powping, Twetch, Twitter... let alone those that also use Facebook, Instagram, etc.? Or, are there trends to be aware of? I like powping much more initially, and then I opened a Twitter account (just trying it out - luddite) and found Twetch interaction easier... and then somehow stopped thinking about the post costs of a couple cents and that was a mental switch (whereas

@unwriter - curious how the New York thesis for economic electricity generation hub setting in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, etc. environment is going in light of the pandemic. Are the creative collisions (in Tony Hsieh language) still happening -- or is it severely hampered. Really looking forward to all that you're working on.

@unwriter do you know when Planaria's annual report will be released? Incorporation was 18 Jul... so, assuming it would likely be seen. Last I check, you had $1-2M Ausvic Capital, Calvin Ayre, John Coyle, Ken Shishido, Mempool, Persimmon Hill Limited, and Unbounded Capital. Just curious how things are shaping up. Any chance you'll make it available here?

Actual, but simple/naive - I recognize, question: What would prevent BTC from just watching BSV as a robust guinea pig for its protocol / approach... and when it clearly "works" and proves scaling is viable and locking core protocol is value-added, just adopt the changes and make the dominant chain more dominant? I'm not really interested in "well, it's patented" type dialogue or "well, there's already so much development on BSV it will be hard to turn the tide" (since we all know it's nascent

What, again, is the prevailing (realistic) theory of Binance mining BSV? Is it just following the money short-term, agnostic of strategic direction... or is there legitimate thought as gaining influence in the chain's direction or nefarious action to HODL a bit before listing on the exchange? What's the less bullish case (for BSV) on why they are clearing 13% of the blocks...?

TAAL had a couple filings recently: Yesterday they posted that they hired MIC Partners to help with investor capture options -- with a commission on converted leads in the form of share issuance. Say hello to a bunch of small investor conferences, mini pumps, and mild dilution - but they do have a 12-mo lock-up on any shares issued. I hope any attracted investors move the needle and stay... and not just provide an exist strategy for Ayre's stake (last I checked, he had 45% or so of the compan

I really have no idea how BSV will be able to switch the public's perception of what is the "real" Bitcoin. This pandemic and the actions (or weak inactions pending your perspective) has opened the audience to bitcoin (read: BTC) massively in the last 5-6 weeks. Store of value narrative will only propel BTC higher for some time I imagine - not sure how the public will recognize the "issues" until the masses get farther down the road and try to actually use it vs just HODL.

Curious what the purpose of having Gilder keynote again at CG conf. is? Certainly an intelligent/respected fellow... but his last appearance was a bit odd. Gilder thanked CSW for bitcoin... but then said it was stupid because it was capped at 21M.

Why is MARA exploding? I was a bag-holder in that years ago... Recognize they switched to mining ops vs patent "troll" -- but, not sure what the catalyst is for the gains they've made. Maybe someone can help explain the future of mining ops they see... (Posted this random type post in Twetch as well, just comparing delta -- assuming 0-2 engagement on either).

@unwriter, is this where community interest should self-regulate. E.g., Should folks just choose to unfollow @calvinayre to help disincentivize his retention of that handle? Meaning, if he has no followers, is not really easily "discover"able (e.g., drop him from top to near bottom of ranking), etc. - then handing over to Calvin (paymail address notwithstanding - haven't read into that much) for a couple hundred $ would seem like a good return. Meanwhile, people would follow the real Calvin A

I wonder if there's a potential "issue" with people able to directly generate revenue (we'll just call the tips that, discussions re: currency etc. notwithstanding) from things like memes. Potentially copyrighted photos or, if the meme language was not original, etc. Meaning, the creators of that "IP" could come after posters that benefited from relaying them. Here's it's meaningless right now (who would come after $0.15)... but, maybe in the future. I know this situation (getting more trac

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front - in question format given @unwriter's advice): Is there a chance that bitcoin core IP is actually US Gov't owned? If we were to dream-up, from scratch, a "more" perfect BSV... would having a public interest owner vs a private owner be more beneficial? Been reading a few more depositions in this case. Absolutely fascinating. It would be incredibly ironic if the US Gov't actually hold the rights (whether restricted, GPR, or unlimited...) to fundamental bitcoin IP.
